Desde abril 2010 hasta abril 2011, CEDNA ejecutó un proyecto de formación en el sector construcción, con el objetivo de insertar laboralmente a 30 jóvenes de comunidades rurales de Huancarani. Los resultados de este proyecto se muestran en la tabla.
