1.- Project          : Rehabilitation of malnourished children with the participation of promotion mothers in Miski Wawa 1

PERIOD: April 2005 - April 2006

RESULTS:

At 1 year 80.0% (= 48 children) of the children are recovered from their malnutrition.

Result: after 1 year 38 children recovered (79.0%) and 70.0% (= 48 mothers) of mothers supplying the nutritional development of children and puts their educational efforts in daily practices. 

 

2.- Project          :Child nutrition and family integration in Miski Wawa II

PERIOD: September 2006 - September 2007

RESULTS:

At 1 year, 80.0% (180 = 144) of the children are recovered from their malnutrition.  
Result: after 1 year 62.5% (144 = 90) of the children is recovered.

80.0% (180 = 144) of the total area of intervention of children receiving preventive dental care,  de-worming, and Dx hemoglobin.

Result: after 1 year, 92.4% (144 = 133) of malnourished children have received medical attention.


After 1 year, 30.0% (180 = 54) of the total children beneficiaries develop psycho motor skills.

Result: after 1 year 98.2% (54 = 53) have developed psycho motor skills.


60.0% (211 = 127) of mothers achieved knowledge of a balanced diet and preventive measures in malnutrition, EDA, parasites and basic sanitation by the end of the project.

Result: after 1 year, 82.7% (from 127 to 105) of the mothers puts their achieved educational efforts in daily practice.

40.0% (180 = 72) trained mothers have improved their economic activities to finalize the project.

 

3.- Project          : Training for generating self-employment and job placement

PERIOD: April 2006 - April 2007

RESULTS:


80.0% (600 = 480) of the youth received training services and / or technical assistance.
RESULT: 128.0% (614) of the youth are trained.

 

   

70.0% (140) young women received credit information.
