Training for post-pandemic entrepreneurship and employability.

Improve the income levels of young men and women with limited economic resources in the area of intervention.

200 young women and men with limited economic resources.

Project description

 

The project consists of targeting a target group with a high degree of vulnerability located in peri-urban and rural areas of Cusco, with the aim of:

  • Create the conditions for the deployment of the talent capabilities of the target group to develop enterprises that are formalized with a business, financial and tax culture.
  • Train the beneficiaries in the deployment of skills and talents, in Housekeeping, Pastry, Bar and dining room and Assistant cook, for their labor insertion.

The project includes the training of 200 beneficiaries (120 people trained for entrepreneurship and 80 trained for insertion).

Result 1.

200 young women and men with limited economic resources develop technical capacities and personal skills.

249 of goal 200 (124.5%)

  • 98 trained employability
  • 151 trained entrepreneurship

Result 2.

Of the 80 trained, 56 young women and men with limited economic resources manage to enter the labor market in companies of different sectors (70%).

63 of goal 56 (112.5%)

Result 3.

Of the 120 trained, 84 young women and men with limited economic resources start and/or improve their businesses (70%). The beneficiaries assume the need for credit for the sustainability of their business.
