Population objective	450 young people and mothers with limited economic resources

Project description

Understanding the functioning of the market, understanding the process and key factors for entrepreneurship; Knowing, in addition, the mechanisms and ways to access a local job, the project applies an interactive methodology so that the target population, based on knowledge of reality, generate entrepreneurship or employability initiatives.

Objective 1 450 participants manage to define their guidelines and initiatives for entrepreneurship or employability, previously induced with face-to-face verification of their preferences. (160 employability, 290 entrepreneurship).	Project in execution
Objective 2 At least 70% (120 participants) are trained to work on employability with improvement of their personal quality.	Project in execution
Objective 3 At least 70% (203 participants) start or improve entrepreneurial activities with the display of their offers for the market.	Project in execution
